We have sold two properties now with Megan & Warwick. First a section and secondly our family home. We came back to them a second time for the following reasons: quick responses to our initial enquiry, friendly service, prompt weekly follow up and good reporting after each property visit, accurate advice as to where the market sat and a good marketing campaign to help promote the property. Both times we worked with the Osbornes I felt they worked hard to achieve a sale and I was very impressed on our recent house sale which concluded while we were overseas. There were some small jobs that needed doing around the house as part of the sale, some painting, removing a stair hand rail. Megan organised these jobs quickly using her local contacts. She also made enquiries (even when there was no need to do so) for movers and storage companies on our behalf. While the service regarding the actual sale transaction was excellent, it was the small things that they did over and above the contractual obligations that really made the difference for me. This is a team I would happily recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Queenstown. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our history of dealing through agents in Australia had not been inspiring so we decided to list our property for sale privately using ‘TradeMe’ and local newspapers. We had 14 parties inspect the premises and four parties wanting to buy – but none were able to secure bank finance.

After some market appraisal and consulting with friends, we decided to give Warwick and Megan a try.
